3 Piece Sharpening Bundle

Description

This is the ultimate bundle to get your knives factory sharp again! It includes a Restoration 400 & 1000 Grit Stone, 10" Ceramic Rod, and a 2 Piece Sharpening Angle Guide Set.

Restoration 400 & 1000 Grit Stone

The Restoration Stone is for occasional use to bring back the original cutting angle. It leaves a medium finish to the edge. Messermeister designed this two-sided combination water stone to be an economical solution for infrequent sharpening. The 400 grit side will correct slight edge flaws and the 1000 grit side is excellent for both finishing and maintenance. This is a great stone to have in the kitchen for those who sharpen only a few times per year.  Please visit our online Media Library to watch an instructional video with specific instructions on "How-To Sharpen a Knife on a Stone." The dimensions are: 8" x 3" x 1"

10" Ceramic Rod

The Messermeister Ceramic Sharpening Rod has a fine 1200 grit ideal for maintaining the edge of knives, scissors and other cutting tools. It is engineered with a break-resistant solid ceramic core, large round sharpening surface, and an ergonomic handle with a hang ring. Hand wash with soap and water.

2 Piece Sharpening Angle Guide Set

The Messermeister Sharpening Angle Guide Set is a simple and effective way to maintain the perfect edge angle when using a whetstone. Simply clip the angle guide to the spine of your knife and maintain contact with the stone throughout sharpening. Ceramic skates glide smoothly across the face of the whetstone keeping the proper distance to reproduce our 15-16 degree factory edge. Use the large guide for blades wider than one inch. Use the small guide for narrow blades. Angle guides can be used on any type of flat sharpening surface including both water and oil stones. Whetstone sharpening just got a whole lot easier!
