12 LIMITED EDITION KNIVES
Messermeister + CHEF CHRIS COSENTINO + MOMENT SKIS

Chef Chris Cosentino has teamed up with Messermeister to create a unique collection of 12 limited-edition knives featuring handles crafted from retired Moment Skis with special artwork done by Jeremy Jones. Each handle and artwork is completely unique on each customized Overland Chef 8" Camp Knife which is made in Maniago, Italy with Nitro-B Steel.
This innovative collaboration not only repurposes old equipment but also supports a meaningful cause. Each knife is being auctioned off, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Protect Our Winters (POW), a nonprofit organization dedicated to fighting climate change through advocacy and action. Protect Our Winters turns passionate outdoor people into effective climate advocates. POW leads a community of athletes, thought pioneers and forward-thinking business leaders to affect systemic political solutions to climate change.
Their policy agenda consists of a four-pronged approach to climate solutions including clean energy, clean transportation, carbon pricing and protecting public lands from fossil fuel extraction. They chose to focus on these four areas because of their broad reaching impact to climate, their possibility for success in policy and their ability to be enacted on the individual and collective scale.

During COVID isolation in 2020, Matt Shulda from @360bladeflip started redoing his cheap knives to make them cool using skateboards he broke. Friends and family started asking if they could buy one so he started hunting down knives from thrift stores to refurbish.
Matt formed @360Blade Flip to not only make use of these broken boards that often just collect dust or get thrown out, but to bring discarded knives back to life as well. It lets people own something that is cool and unique while also helping reduce waste. It’s for skaters, chefs, and people who just love color!
