Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Messermeister wants you to enjoy your purchase for many years to come!  If you have a warranty issue – please visit Messermeister’s WARRANTY page.

Please note the following:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Returning a gift item purchased through Messermeister.com Messermeister will issue COUPON CODE for the value of the purchase, not including original shipping cost.
  • CUSTOMIZED/PERSONALIZED ITEMS do not qualify for return or refund.
  • Special order and/or large volume orders are subject to a restocking fee if returned.  Please contact Messermeister for more information prior to processing your return.
  • We are not responsible for returns not received in our warehouse.  Make sure to return products with couriers that provide tracking and insurance such as UPS or FedEx.
  • If a product is returned and the order qualified for “Gift with Purchase(s),” Gift(s) must also be returned for full refund. 

I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER OR MAKE CHANGES

You must contact Messermeister within 24 hours of placing your order. CONTACT:  orders@messermeister.com.  Messermeister will certainly work to accommodate requests; however, if your order has already been processed for shipping we will be unable to make changes/cancellation.   

MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED DAMAGE, INCOMPLETE OR INCORRECT PRODUCT RECEIVED

Contact Messermeister immediately via email:  returns@messermesiter.com  Our Customer Service hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST.

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER – ALL OR PARTIAL

NEW / UNUSED item(s) in original MESSERMEISTER packaging will be accepted for return/refund within 10 days of receiving your order. If you do not have a Messermeister Order # a merchandise coupon code will be issued to shop at messermeister.com.  

Complete the Return Form

Return product(s) in original Messermeister packaging.  Pack securely in original shipping carton if possible. Enclose a copy of your packing slip.  When returning sharp items such as a knife or shears to comply with U.S. courier regulations, items must be in Messermeister packaging inside an adequate shipping box/carton. PLEASE DO NOT USE TAPE ON PRODUCT/KNIVES/PACKAGING.

Allow up to 14 days to process your return and issue refund.  Notification will be emailed once refund has been issued.

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE ROUTED BACK TO MESSERMEISTER

Packages that are returned to Messermeister for any of the following reasons are subject to return charges.  Original shipping charge is nonrefundable.

  • Packages that are undeliverable and returned due to incorrect address
  • Packages returned after 3 failed delivery attempts or unclaimed at the local Fedex facility
  • Packages that are refused or returned to sender

**To avoid nonrefundable charges, please double check your addresses and make sure the recipient is aware of the upcoming delivery.
