Care
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
Do not place in dishwasher.
Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts.
Good product for me to used professional sushi chef, however it would be nice to see one inch longer yanagi, gyuto and like have a Deba with SG2 material.

The Kawashima slicer is beautifully balanced and very sharp. The handle fits my hand well and I can control the knife very effectively.
