"These are great and useful everyday kitchen shears for cutting string and twine to opening an Amazon package to opening a bottle of soda pop to unscrewing a stubborn bottle cap to cutting out the back out of a whole chicken. They come apart easily for cleaning and are easily reassembled. And, when the time comes for touchup sharpening it will be a breeze due to their design."
