Our patented pivot mechanism uses a bearing system for smooth operation, while always keeping the blades in perfect alignment. There are no clumsy screws to come loose. The titanium coated blades come apart for cleaning with the press of a button and reassemble just as easily. The sharp blades are precision milled from durable 4mm high-carbon stainless, then bonded to an outer layer of black Titanium for stain resistance. A bone notch and micro-serrated edge keep food securely in place while cutting. Our multi-shears are designed with an integrated bottle opener and nutcracker. The handles are double injected molded with a soft-grip for comfort. The overall length is 9".

"The first look is great and the hinge is a good design and convenient for cleanup. The mating of the two cutting surfaces isn’t exact, maybe that is part of a removable system. The worst part and reason for the 3 is the finish is already coming off in several places. This is not from abuse, simply from the two parts rubbing unevenly. They do cut well enough, but I’m unlikely to get another pair with a similar finish."
"great snips"
"Can't beat these for the money"
"The blades are wide and heavy, but this is an elegant tool and very sharp. The handles are big enough for my big mitts and the push button release makes them more secure than most kitchen shears."
"We are so very happy with these shears! Thank you Messermeister!"
"As advertised. Increasing the opening of the handles would make it better."
"The wife loves her new shears! The quality is excellent and the cut and ease of cleaning make them an excellent choice for anyone who wants a quality set of kitchen shears."
"This was our 3rd purchase from Messermeister and they are still tops in our book. Very good workmanship"
