I'm not a great cook

"I'm not a great cook but just got tired of using dull knives and no matter how much I tried to sharpen them they were still dull. I bought the Kawashima 8 inch chef knife and 6 inch utility knife and the Four Seasons 6 inch boning knife. They are great and very sharp too. I already cut off a fingernail so I need to be more careful. I am hoping these knives remain sharp. I am watching YouTube tutorials on how to sharpen knives."
