"Your products are fine but your shipping oversight is terrible. My experience: I ordered TWO 10" serrated bread knives. ONE came. I contacted you folks, you sent another package. When I took out the knife to birthday wrap it, I discovered this one was EIGHT inches, not the TEN I'd ordered. So on one simple order, you made two shipping mistakes. That is not acceptable."

My mother-in-law gave me her

"My mother-in-law gave me her fabulous bread knife, a slender blade with tiny serrations. I baked all the bread for my family of seven and my now-grown children joke about the mayhem they will create at the reading of my will when they fight over who gets that very same knife. That will no longer be necessary since I discovered the bread knives made by Messermeister. My previous review detailed the two shipping mistakes the company had made, which I should have contacted them about before going public. They were contrite, corrected the mistake - and told me to keep the knife they had sent on error! That is five star customer service and I recommend them and their knives without reservation!"
