I am somewhat obsessive regarding our vintage Messermeister kitchen knives and have difficulty finding someone to sharpen them in our current area, so I decided to try it myself. Took longer than I anticipated, but the blade is now much sharper. Although the how-to-sharpen video was helpful, there was additional sharpening info that I accessed on You-tube which was very important. You may want to consider expanding your sharpening tutorial."
