Messermeister does not cover for accidental damage, bent knife tips, wooden handle damage from failure to follow care instructions, or dulled blades. Rust or damage that results from improper storage, such as leaving a blade in the sink or dishwasher, are not covered.
Items purchased directly from Messermeister.com are automatically registered for warranty. Items purchased through an authorized dealer must be registered within 10 days of purchase. Notify Messermeister within 10 DAYS of receipt of your order to file a warranty claim for manufacturing defects by contacting returns@messermeister.com . Our Knife for Life™ WARRANTY covers all Messermeister products and we provide a fair and honest warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship.
