Product Warranty

MESSERMEISTER KNIVES ARE NOT DISHWASHER SAFE – please refer to CARE on product page. 

Messermeister does not cover for accidental damage, bent knife tips, wooden handle damage from failure to follow care instructions, or dulled blades. Rust or damage that results from improper storage, such as leaving a blade in the sink or dishwasher, are not covered. 

Items purchased directly from Messermeister.com are automatically registered for warranty. Items purchased through an authorized dealer must be registered within 10 days of purchase. To activate your warranty visit website:  https://www.messermeister.com/pages/register-product. Warranties are non-transferable.

Notify Messermeister within 10 DAYS of receipt of your order to file a warranty claim for manufacturing defects by contacting returns@messermeister.com . Our Knife for Life™ WARRANTY covers all Messermeister products and we provide a fair and honest warranty against defects in material and/or workmanship.  To help streamline and expedite your warranty claim, please include your order number, phone number and product photos with any additional information. We will respond within 5 business days. Please check your junk folder for response.

Messermeister does not warranty its products against normal wear, misuse nor product modifications. Natural materials, including wood handles, require additional care – please refer to CARE on product page.
