Favorite knife!

"I wanted a set of knives for a while and after a long search I settled on those. Very happy with the purchase. The shipping experience was not the best, but once received I can honestly say the knives are esthetically and functionally very pleasing. This is my favorite knife of the bunch. A little smaller than a chef knife but does everything that requires a smaller blade. From cutting cheese / cold cuts to working through meat, it makes an awesome job. Love it!"
