After a lot of research

"After a lot of research I bought these knives. While assembled in China (which gave me pause) the blades are of good German Stainless Steel. These knives will find a home in our RV which explains why I wanted folding steak knives. I like the open back to make cleaning easier. The knives are both well designed and well assembled. The leather pouch is a nice touch. As an added benefit, the maple scales match the maple interior of our RV. Thanks to Chelcea Dressler-Crowley for taking the time to discuss these knives and ease my mind about their being assembled in China. I look forward to many years of enjoyment of these fine knives."
