"What a nice piece of work. The weight and balance feels like a good steak knife when it's open. Beautiful finish to the scales. The edge is sharp and the profile is just right. I found a very complementary pocket slip on Etsy to carry it in. As soon as this knife arrived, I took it to a local restaurant with great prime rib and terrible knives, this knife greatly improved my experience.
