Fantastic little workhorse
"Fantastic little workhorse. Light enough for fine work yet sturdy enough for some serious prepping. I own the carbon Bunka Chef’s by messermeister and while comparing the two, I appreciate they’ve rounded off the top of the steel on the 6. 5” knife. My only complaint and it’s more of how it’s being used than design is that when rocking the knife while cutting the super sharp tip of the knife digs into my board a bit creating little flakes and divots in the rubber. Otherwise very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of service. Thanks Messermeister!"

Versatile
"Great find. Unique design, sharp lines, nice handle, balanced weight. I purchased a few knifes upgrade my collection. They have all been sidelined I have not put this one down. Use for just about everything chopping,dicing, breaking down meat and poultry and fish. Pretty much replaced my chef knife, utility knife, slicer, and pairing knife. Ok maybe not the pairing knife but it could. Sharp out of the box could have been sharper but a few minutes on a wet stone got it to my liking. I use everyday because its carbon it does stain with certain foods if you let it sit or dont wipe right after. Have not yet tried to polish or clean with barkeeper. Comes with a pack of polish in the box. If you are looking for something that is versatile in everyday use I would recommend. If you are thinking about getting this knife and scrolling though all the reviews dont overthink it. Just do it"
