Exactly What I've Been Looking For

"Years! For Years I have purchased knives touted by many manufacturer's as being worthy to purchase. Everything from hybrid designs with fancy steel names to basic designs have turned out to have major design flaws. This however is THE knife to invest in! As always with Messermeister the detail they put into each knife they create is unmatched. This is the company you can trust."

Are you kidding me

"I bought some wustovs and my boss has some victorinox and these are by far better. Granted the carbon takes a touch to maintain but I will tell you right now there is nothing hotter then oiling knives. . . Don't kink shame!"

Corinne L. (5/5)

So far so good

"I’m really enjoying the knife so far."

Michael C. (5/5)

Beautiful knife!

"My review is limited since I bought this as a gift for my dad. He is a lifelong chef and really appreciated the beauty, precision, and quality of this knife, and now he’s wanting to upgrade his whole set. It has me and my brother wanting a set too!"

Kodi R. (5/5)

"Blade nice. Handles way too small and makes it uncomfortable, if you got giant hands."

Jeff (2/5)

Gift for a cook

"I'll only give 4 stars because I gave it as a gift wasn't able to use it. That being said I was very sharp from the box, the feel of it was balanced and grip felt natural."

Wayland P. (4/5)

Carbon Chefs Knife

"It will be a gift for Christmas. But I love the look and feel of it."

Ralph P. (5/5)

Great knife

"A really great workhorse of a knife, wish it came a little sharper."

Tyler S. (4/5)

Great knife

"This knife is unreal, just curious if you can use a standard steel rod for honing the edge, or if something else is recommended? Also what is recommended for sharpening?"

Marc F. (5/5)

Really Impressed!

"Unbelievable knife! I was a little apprehensive about giving this one a shot, even through I had seen rave reviews. I was completely blown away with it right out of the box. Impeccable weight and balance, and the carbon steel holds an edge sharp enough to shave the hair off my forearm. I know that this piece will take a little more love and care than a stainless blade, but it's definitely worth it ion my opinion."
