"This is a tough review, to be frank, the knife I received was less than perfect. There were some deep scratches in the finish and less of an edge than I expected. That being said, customer service was very responsive and easy to deal with. However what I received in return seemed like the same knife, with some corrective finish. The threaded pin wasn't just loose, it was falling out and again the edge was sub par to say the least. I tightened everything up and put a much finer edge on it as I had no time for a second return, this was a gift. I will try again with your products because this knife hit every other note on the scale, and my friend was very happy with it. I would address QC a bit better and maybe show customer service what to look for, other than that, keep up the beautiful work."
