Great blades, poor QC
"Knives are great but the QC on them was a bit lacking. Edges were not sharp at all (like they completely missed the sharpening process before being packaged) and there is a nick on the spine of the largest blade near the bolster from what looks like a belt grinder. For the price I am not upset since I was able to sharpen them up quickly and get them running, but I believe an average person without knowledge on sharpening would be unable to use these. Had this set been +$200 I would have returned them."
