    "I do love a good knife. I have a large selection of Mac and Shun knives we used in our culinary adventures. I purchased the Avanta Kendrick 8" BBQ Knife to support Benny (AKA Kendrick BBQ). Admittedly we have used the knife only once since purchase. I used it to prep and carve a Picanha. The knife worked great scoring the hard fatcap on the Picanha and sliced easily when carving the sirloin roast. I am anxiously awaiting how the knife will perform this summer when I will use it for many outdoor cooks."
