Avanta Smoked Teak 4 Piece Steak Knife Set

I bought this as a wedding gift (it was on a registry). Haven’t gotten a thank you note yet, but I’ve been nagged for reviews several times.

These knives are absolutely stunning looking! We haven't used them yet, but that's coming soon. The only thing to be aware of is that the colors may not match on every knife. The different teak wood grains are beautiful, but some knives have a darker stain than others. It does make them look very unique, but I almost sent one box back in hopes of having them all be a better match, but decided not to.

These steak knives are so satisfying to use. They are beautifully made and sharp which makes them an absolute upgrade from what we were using previously. These knives were my second purchase from Messermeister and it won't be my last.

The knives themselves are very nice--comfortable to use, well made, and quite capable. Be aware the photography on this website isn't really accurate; the teak wood of the handles is definitely darker than most of the pictures made it look, and I would have gotten the pakkawood if I had known. Otherwise, a quite happy customer.
