Wonderful customer experience, excellent product.

"Had some trouble with UPS delivering to my apartment, customer service on UPS' end was not very helpful. However! Ali Rogers Customer Service Rep was super helpful and quickly responded to my email and I was able to pick up my package from a UPS drop-off point. The multi-tool itself is really lovely, and is exactly what I've been trying to find. I had one of those old 50s Japanese cutlery multi-tools, but it broke after a few years of use. This feels way better quality and should serve me many years. I have a canoe trip planned for this summer and I will be using this to eat all of my meals on the trip."
