"Ive had these knives now for about 5 yrs and if I had to purchase them again I would. Im getting ready to have the chef, utility, and pairing knife sharpen for the first time. I have the items to sharpen them from messermeister but I do not dare to sharpen them myself. My go to knives are the utility and pairing knife. I noticed the Chef and carving knife to have a bit of starting rust and I am not sure if its just from sitting on the board and not bring used. The utility and pairing which are my working go to knives and washed all the time have zero rust. Overall you will not regret getting these knives. I purchased for about $699 I believe with military discount. So I consider myself very lucky!"

Damn Fine Knives!

"These knives are super sharp, precise and they fit my hand perfectly! So far they’ve held their edge really well but I’ve only used them a handful of times since I was gifted them this Christmas. That being said, the blades are thinner than your typical kitchen knife. That fact, combined with the use of SG2 steel, should result in a long lasting edge...I’m anxious to use them more on smokes meats and other spring and summer outdoor cooking. For now, I’ll be using them for a lot of vegetable chopping and prep for venison processing…These knives work soooo much more precise and efficient than any kitchen knife that I have ever owned!…Well worth the price!"
