Cook like a boss. Our 7 inch high-point Fillet knife was designed in collaboration with barbecue great, Bennie Kendrick. Our Titanium coated blades are made from German X50 stainless steel for knives that are sharp, rust resistant, and easy to maintain. Solid bolsters and full tang construction give the knives great balance and heft. Avanta knives are made with beautiful triple-riveted ebony Pakkawood handles.
The 7” Fillet knife is an essential tool for butchers and BBQ pros. The knife is designed with a flexible tapered blade to remove bones from meat with precise control and razor-like sharpness.
