"This knife is incredible! I got this knife in my Bespoke Post box. It was extremely sharp, my sisters birthday was today and later that evening we got her a ice cream cake, and I’d figure I’d use the cake to test out the knife since it’s so thick and hard. Well. Since it’s an ice cream cake it was on a cardboard base on top of the plastic housing I don’t know how in the world I ended up doing this but I put my fingers on the cardboard base holding down the cake and my sister used the knife for the fist cut, and it cut through it like butter, but after that it got FUN. She moved the knife over my finger and cut through the cake, next thing I know I pull my finger away from the cake and I didn’t feel anything but when I looked down I saw my finger was bloody, to shorten this a bit I ended up with 8 stitches across my finger, th knife was so incredibly sharp I didn’t even feel it! I recommend this product! Incredible build quality, amazing materials, an once again. SHARPER THAN A RAZOR BLADE."
