We have owned two pairs of these scissors for over 10 years. They have been an essential tool that we use for a wide variety of tasks in the kitchen. The blades still fit closely and I love them. They fit a right-hand users hands very well.

wonderfully sharp and carefully machined. Cuts even the thinnest sheet of paper cleanly. But don't use them to cut chicken bones or similar, in spite of the cutting notch. It will inevitably skew the blades a little and the ability to cut even very thin paper will be lost.

I have had a pair of these scissors for about 3 years and they cut well the first few times but now there is a gap between the blades and they won’t cut anything and to make it worse the screw that looks like you can tighten the gap does nothing. So into the trash they go
