Custom Blue Utility Knife - 6"

What more can be said?! This knife is just as good as every other Messermeister I have. The knife made short work of these onions and tomatoes. It is very sharp, well balanced and looks great with the optional handles and hardware!

Opposite review as the one I submitted for the Meridian Elite 6 Inch Utility Knife. This knife has a belly to the blade and thus I don't have knuckle contact with the board like I am having with the Meridian Elite. It is obviously a lower quality than the Meridian as I was expecting, but because of the blade I find myself reaching for this one 10:1 over the Meridian. Would love to see a curved blade on the Meridian Elite 6 Inch Utility Knife like on this Custom 6-inch Utility Knife.

This knife was a exciting find. Great ergos, fantastic useful blade shape, just enough heel for finger clearance. Very sharp out of the box with a nicely polished edge bevel that needed nothing. nice handle too. I think the "custom" is the best offering from this company!

The best mix of a high-level culinary tool with a masculine look usually only found in foldable pocket knifes. These custom knifes are so amazing that I'm spending way too much time in the kitchen that I should.
