The Park Plaza knife collection is Messermeister’s stamped version of the triple-rivet, full exposed tang, German knife series. This collection is manufactured with one-piece, die-cut stamped blades using high quality German stainless steel alloy. The stamped blades do not have a bolster and are lighter than forged knives. Park Plaza knives are trimmed, straightened and hardened then attached to industrial quality handles that are buffed to a seamless fit and finish. The Messermeister Park Plaza Steak Knife is a 4.5” personal sized carving knife with a stamped multi-edged blade. This steak knife is expertly crafted and has a fine edge slicing blade with saw teeth added to the upward curved tip. The main cutting edge on this steak knife is used to slice meat while the saw teeth give added cutting power to the tip when separating meat from the bone. The grip can vary but the knife is usually pulled rather than pushed through the meat.
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
Do not place in dishwasher.
Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts.
