The scalloped edge of the Messermeister Meridian Elité 9” Bread Knife will bite securely into the crust of bread. Serrations on this knife will produce smooth, clean cuts with fewer crumbs and minimal compression. This knife is also used to slice through soft-skinned fruits and vegetables. This knife is not recommended for cutting proteins.
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
Do not place in dishwasher.
