The Messermeister Meridian Elité 6” Flexible Boning Knife is similar to our standard boning knife but has a flexible, narrow blade with an upward curved tip. The primary function of this style of knife is used to separate meat from the bone. The flexible version can also be used to separate flesh from the curved surface of melons or filleting fish.
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
Do not place in dishwasher.
Avoid cleaners containing bleach or citrus extracts.
