Preferred by culinary professionals, butchers, and deep-sea fishing enthusiasts, this knife is designed to cut large pieces of meat into retail cuts such as steaks. It will cut through skin, cartilage, and small bones.
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
Do not place in dishwasher.
