Oliva Elite 2 Piece Chef & Parer Set

STYLE & GRACE MEET PRECISION: Oliva Elite knives are a dream come true! I look for function and beauty--Messermeister scores 10 out 10 in both categories. I bought the 8" chef knife and 3.5" pairing knife combo, the 7" santoku, the 5" cheese and tomato knife, and the 8" scalloped offset knife. I love them all and will likely complete my personal set with a 6" utility knife in the near future. I love the fact that this company is female empowered and their customer service ranks among the best! I received a response email in less than 10 minutes and there was nothing difficult or unpleasant about my inquiry. This is the kind of company I want to support and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Maybe my favorite Oliva knives yet. The Chef knife is absolutely amazing. I do not use the pairing knife as much, but it is sharp as well. The Oliva Chef knife quickly became my families favorite go to knife as it cuts through anything fast with ease. It feels perfect in our hands and looks the part.

Do not put in the dishwasher - it will ruin the olive wood. These knives are perfectly balanced, sharp, and well designed. I can tell I will be using them for many years to come.

The knives are beautiful and come razor sharp. You can effortlessly slice through thin paper with these. The balance and feel of the handle is perfect for me.After over a year of use, I still love them. I use these two more than any other in my kitchen. They hold up incredibly well. Just need to do two things: (1) use a honing steel often (not much work; a couple swipes will do) and (2) occasionally sharpen with whetstones. I love these knives.

I use the Olivia Elite sets for work. I swear by these so much that they are my go to gift for knives. Balance is amazing. Holds the edge for longer than expected, even with heavy 11 hour days 6 days a week. Not too heavy, not too light. If you’re looking for a solid workhorse for your kitchen, look no further.
