Combining characteristics from our boning knife and paring knife, the Messermeister Park Plaza 3.5” Boning Paring Knife has an upswept blade that is perfect for working around bone and gristle. The petite, stamped blade is ideal for deboning poultry or cleaning small sized fish. The spear point also allows for coring and precise cuts on fruits and veggies.
Hand-wash with warm water and a mild detergent; rinse and dry immediately.
Do not place in dishwasher.
