The Messermeister Park Plaza 7" Vegetable Knife is an Asian inspired Vegetable Knife combining the classic features of a European Chef’s Knife with the wide blade style preferred by chefs from the Far East. The chopping cleaver style blade is a full 2.5” wide, 7" long with a blunt spatula tip and a slight rocking camber.

Usage

It is used to chop, dice, mince and slice vegetables, fruit, meat and any other item that needs to be reduced quickly to cooking size. With a long full size handle and blade, this knife is built to handle a heavy workload in the kitchen.
