About this product

The Messermeister Park Plaza 12" Slicing Knife has a wide fine edge blade and a rounded nose. The alternating kullenschliffs (a.k.a. kullens, hollows or grantons) on each side of the knife reduce drag and prevent items from sticking to the blade. Also available in 14".

Usage

It is used to both separate meat from the bone and slice it into thin serving portions.
