Carving & Slicing Knives

The carving knife has a narrow spear pointed 7-12” fine edge blade and may have Hollows (Kullens) ground into each side. It is used to both separate meat from the bone and slice it into thin serving portions. The hollows along each side assist in eliminating surface tension and facilitating a more efficient cutting motion.
