The Messermeister 12" Pastry Bag is a textured, quite durable bag that does not become slippery on the outside, while the plastic liner makes it easy to clean. This is a great starter bag for both the professional and home chef. The outer part of the bag never becomes slippery. Also available in 12" (PB-12), and 14" (PB-14). Hand wash with a mild cleanser.
