About this product

The Messermeister 1.1/2" Wood Pastry Brush uses sterilized, bleached natural boar bristles that can withstand temperatures up to 500°F. Natural bristles hold the most liquid and are more pliable than others. The bristles are epoxy-set to the stainless steel ferrule, which withstand heat better than plastic or composite ferrules. The handle is made of lacquered hardwood. This brush is perfect for brushing on sauces, cleaning out coffee grinders and other mills. Dishwasher not recommended.
